Easter Fun!

Just adding our pictures from our Easter weekend. We went up to Kenny's parent's in Idaho Falls. It was a lot of fun to spend time with family.

The kids all colored eggs on Saturday.

"But I really wanted to eat the egg coloring marker!"

All the cousins after baths at the grandparent's house.

All spiffed up for church.

The most decent picture I could get of them together.

The "Hunt". Although, Jackson didn't last too long, the tramploline and swingset at his cousin's was just calling his name. Notice the snow in the backround, blech! You're not supposed to be able to hide easter eggs under snow!!

Playgroup Egg Hunt!

We had a little egg hunt with our playgroup. It was so cute! The host mom had these cute bunny ears for them to wear. I think the kids had a good time. (my two on the left)
Although, I guess I need to work on the concept of an egg hunt with Jackson. He had one last year with his cousins and didn't have a problem. This time he walked out and there were eggs everywhere in her backyard, and I mean everywhere! But he just kept saying "Where's my eggs mom?" "Is this one mine?" He thought there were specific eggs only for him and didn't pick any up until he asked me if it was his. Funny kid. I think toward the end he started to get it when I pointed one out to him. Landon didn't waste and time. He would head straight for one if he saw it, and he wouldn't let me carry his basket for him, he had to do it.

I saw these cupcakes on familyfun and thought they were too cute! I was so excited to have a party to take them to!

Jack enjoying his cupcake, or should I say frosting.

Thanks ladies for a fun day! It's so nice to have some friends to chat with. And if you couldn't tell, there is a lot of boys in the group so we fit right in!

Island Park, Idaho!

I know I have been MIA, but I am still around. We took a trip up to Island Park this last weekend with my family. It was so fun to sit around in a cabin and eat and hang out. Since my sister-in-law and I are both with child, we got to hang out with the kiddos while the other folks went snowmobiling. But it was okay cause I got to snack all day! Jackson had an absolute blast and I think he would live there if he could. He did not want to come home!

Jackson cruisin' on his little snowmobile around the cabin

The people before us built a little snowcave, The kids got to play and we didn't even lift a finger!
My dad getting a little Wii action.

Toasting in the "warm" tub. My nephew insisted on calling it the warm tub, cause if it was a Hot tub he wasn't going in.

Kenny's birthday was on the 4th so we had a little cake up there to celebrate!
If you've noticed, Landon hasn't been in any pictures yet. He was a sick little boy, so he spent his days fevering and sleeping, coughing and runny nosed. Finally the last day he made it out for a little trip. Perfect timing to get sick.

Utah Baby Guide

I was asked to write an article for the March issue of an online magazine. So I thought I would share the link with you all. It is by no means a masterpiece, but it was fun nonetheless. The article is called Adding One More: Going from 1 to 2. Here is the link http://www.utahbabyguide.com/index.html

Hope you enjoy it!

My new ride...

We got this little four wheeler for Jackson last year. It has a little button on the handle bar that you push to make it go. Jackson can still ride it but he looks huge on it, but it is perfect for Landon. I wasn't sure if he would be scared or not, but I put him on it and without even showing him the button he immediately starts pushing it. (He is so button obsessed right now.) So it starts going and he starts laughing, thought it was too cool. So anyway, here is a little video of him on his "new" four wheeler.
