Be All You Can Be

Jackson informed me that he wanted an Army party. And he just wanted his cousins there. So that is what we did!
The invites

All geared up waiting for the guests.

There was a battle on the tables,

And a battle on the cake.

This cake was really fun to do. I was all prepared to be asked to make a tank cake or something, but Jack said he wanted toys on it. Okay, toys it is.

And I even attempted to make the inside camo too. Since I couldn't cut into it before the party to see if it worked I was a little scared it wasn't gonna turn out. But, I must say it looked pretty cool.

He had some help, and I am pretty sure we were spit free.
A few of the presents
And the one that got chosen to go to bed with him...

All I wanted was a picture of all three in their camo before the night was over.
This is what I got.
Thank you everyone for coming and for the gifts. Jackson had a lot of fun and we appreciate you sharing his birthday with us! We missed all of Kenny's family :( The snowy roads prevented them from coming. Darn weather. Now I must clean the shelves so there is room for all the new toys.

My gosh you're amazing! It's one thing for your kid to ask for an army party - but you always go all out. You are so fun and so creative!
